Breakout Educational Network published William’s book in association with the Chair of Defence Management Studies at the School of Policy Studies, Queen’s University. It gives a detailed blueprint on how to fix Canada’s dysfunctional defence spending process which could ultimately impact the lives and abilities of the men and women of the Canadian Armed Forces and aid in delivering the objectives of our national defence policy.
